Now I may be an old fogie (my idea of a good time is working on my boat!), but I still consider myself what the youth nation refers to as ‘with-it’.
So it may come as a surprise to hear that I’m actually a huge the Lady GuGu fan! (It’s true!)
JESSICA.
I found a Lady GuGG music cd in my daughter Jessica’s room when I was putting away some of her bras. I realized this music cd must have contained the hot licks I heard resonating through her bedroom door when she had it closed with a BOY over! LOL! (Sorry Jess!)
So I put the music disk in my CPU and gave it the ol’ college try. This Gu Gu is a nut, I tell ya (not in a bad way!). This band instantly reminded me of a more wild Aerosmith or A GreenDay.
This was one of the more standout sing-alongs for me, I’ll post the YOUTUB here…

I did something a little crazy (no, not running a 10k!). I got tix for the lady GuGi concert!
Jessica told me she couldn’t go because she had her period, poor thing. She felt good enough to go to the movies with her friend Dan later that night though – well she missed a good time with dear ol daddio!
I got to the venue and boy howdy, what a freakshow lol! Look at these freakazoids! Lol.
FREAKSHOW HA HA.
So I immediately set out for the nearest costume shop so I could blend in! Let me tell you, this place was a riot!

Everyone started getting outlandish when the Lady GuGu finally took the stage! What fun!
Time for the concert! Groovy baby! I was quick to grab my cam and document the good parts!
My favorite part of the concert was the dancing – they moved so fast over the stage it was like watching a bunch of turkeys on some dang rollerskates.
