It combines elements of football, netball and basketball to deliver a truly fun and challenging activity. Although it is pretty intense, it’s still suitable for beginners as the rules are really easy to pick up. You could even get the whole family involved.

There’s sure to be a local club in your area and you’ll need very little equipment to get started. Of course, there’s also many other martial arts you could sign up to if Judo isn’t your thing.
